Origins of the Breda A.1

The A.1 was a light aircraft developed by the Italian firm Breda. This aircraft marked a significant milestone, as it was the first light aircraft designed and produced by the company.

Technical Specifications and Production

Equipped with a Colombo 110 piston engine, delivering 140 horsepower, the A.1 took to the skies for its maiden flight in 1924. Several units of this pioneering aircraft were manufactured, contributing to Breda’s early aviation endeavors.
