The C-37 is a multi-purpose transport aircraft developed by the American firm Gulfstream Aerospace. It is based on the civilian Gulfstream V and represents a further evolution in the Gulfstream aircraft series, bearing similarities to the C-20H Gulfstream IV.
Development and Production
Serial production of the C-37 commenced on May 5, 1997. The aircraft entered service in July 1998.
Role and Program
This aircraft was developed under the U.S. Air Force VC-X program and serves as a complement to the C-32 aircraft.
