Aircraft Overview
The Bleriot 117 was a multi-role bomber developed by the French firm Louis Bleriot Aviation. This aircraft served as a transitional version, bridging the gap between the Bleriot 107M model and the subsequent production model, the Bleriot 127.
Development and First Flight
Equipped with two Lorraine 12Db engines, each producing 400 hp, the Bleriot 117 undertook its maiden flight on June 19, 1924.
