Konstantin Brekhov Vladimirovich was born on October 5, 1918. He served as an attack pilot and was on the front lines from the very first day of the war.
Distinguished Wartime Service
He fought as part of the 62nd Attack Aviation Regiment (62 шап), where he was a squadron commander. By December 1942, he had completed 85 combat sorties.
During these missions, he destroyed 20 tanks, 20 artillery pieces, 6 dugouts, and 8 aircraft on enemy airfields. For his bravery and effectiveness, he was awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union in 1943.
Post-War Career and Legacy
After the war, he continued to serve in the Air Force until 1962. Konstantin Brekhov Vladimirovich passed away on November 18, 1987.
